Request for Review or Appeal of an Eligibility Center Determination

An NAIA member institution, through its faculty athletics representative or director of athletics, may submit to the eligibility center or appropriate committee of the NAIA a review or appeal of an eligibility center determination.
Requests must be submitted no more than 45 calendar days after posting of the student's determination (or 30 days following completion of a request for a review).
