NAIA Conduct in Competition Ejection Reporting
The Ejection Reporting form is to be completed by the NAIA game official(s) ejecting a player or coach from an NAIA institution. The form should be as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after the completion of the contest. You will receive a copy of the report via email after you submit the form.
