New to the NAIA National Convention? Here are a few tips to help guide newcomers.

• We are kicking off this year with a Welcome Reception on Friday, April 5 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Stop by and meet and greet while enjoying some food and libations with your colleagues 

• First Time Attendee tips at our Orientation - Saturday, April 8 from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
  • This workshop will provide you with the tools needed to successfully navigate the convention. This will also give an opportunity to meet others that are new to the convention.
     
• Take the time to attend as many workshops as possible. This will give you a good understanding of how the NAIA works.
   
• Note in the program which meetings are just for committee members.
   
• Make sure to attend all the general sessions
  • Make sure to wear your name badge - has your name, title, and what university you represent.
     
• If you have questions, don't be afraid to ask any NAIA National Office staff member. They are there to help!
