Convention Registration
WHO REGISTERS
Presidents, athletics directors, assistant and associate athletics directors, faculty athletics representatives, conference commissioners, and campus character representatives are required to register for the convention. The registration fee ($525) includes access to general sessions, workshops, meals, convention gift and special events. The deadline to register is March 12, 2024. Registration after March 12 will be $575.

Hotel Reservations
Please note: The convention block at the Marriott is sold out, but we have secured a limited number of rooms at the Hotel Phillips. These rooms are first come, first served, so book now!
REGISTRATION FEES
- Convention Fee: $525
- After March 12, 2024 will be $575
- Guest and Spouses: $125
Request for refunds will be considered on the following basis:
- Requests through March 12, 2024 will be refunded $475. Guests will be refunded $75.
- Requests received March 13 - April 3, 2024 will be refunded $200. Guests will be refunded $25.
- Requests received after April 4, 2024, no refunds will be considered.
