Convention Registration
WHO REGISTERS
Presidents, athletics directors, assistant and associate athletics directors, faculty athletics representatives, conference commissioners, and campus character representatives are required to register for the convention. The registration fee ($595) includes access to general sessions, workshops, meals, convention gift and special events. The deadline to register is March 17, 2026. Registration after March 17 will be $645.
HOW TO REGISTER
Registration is tied into the new NAIA Connect System. When entering the registration page, you will be prompted to enter your NAIA Connect username and password. Using your NAIA Connect username and password allows you to register multiple people.
Click the “register” button to start the registration process. You can then select the number of people you want to register and then add any guests.

For the last two nights (if you are staying Monday as well) we have a room block at the Courtyard Marriott-Liberty Station: click here. The room block for our rate here is due March 15. The Courtyard San Diego/Liberty Station is 2 miles/6 minutes from the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina.
REGISTRATION FEES
- Convention Fee: $595
- After March 17, 2026 will be $645
- Guest and Spouses: $150
Request for refunds will be considered on the following basis:
- Before March 17, 2026: Requests for a refund will be considered. The refund amount will be $545 for the convention fee and $75 for guests.
- March 17–April 9, 2026: Requests for a refund will be considered. The refund amount will be $200 for the convention fee and $25 for guests.
- After April 9, 2026: No refunds will be considered.
