NAIA Proposed Legislation & Amendments

All amendments to the NAIA Constitution & Bylaws are approved by membership through a majority vote at the Annual Business Meeting during the NAIA Convention in April. Legislative Services assists conferences and committees in drafting proposals, resolving conflicts, and guiding legislation through the approval process. Approved changes are incorporated into the NAIA Official/Policy Handbook, published in August.
