Facility Requirements:

Baseball Stadium with Major League Baseball Field Specifications.  Seating capacity of 3,000.  Lighted Field, locker room facilities and press box facilities. 

Hotel Requirements:

Centralized property capable of accommodating several meetings and a banquet for a minimum of 500 people.

Average Length of Stay:

5-6 nights

Room Block Needed:

150 

Room Rate:

The price range is $99-$135, no matter room occupancy

Hotel Pre-Registration:

Participants will be responsible for making reservations and paying for rooms directly with the hotel.  Current host pays for team rooms (10 per team) beginning night prior to start of tournament and ending day after elimination of tournament.
