2023 NAIA Women's Volleyball Players of the Week - No. 10 (October 31)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Ady Dwight of Dakota Wesleyan has been named the NAIA Women’s Volleyball Attacker of the Week, Abbey Ringler of Midland (Neb.) has been named the NAIA Women’s Volleyball Defender of the Week and Reece Shirley of IU East (Ind.) has been named the NAIA Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week. The trio was selected based on their performances from October 23 - 29 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.
Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

NAIA Women's Volleyball Attacker of the Week
Ady Dwight, Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.) - SR - Middle Blocker
- Recorded a total of 46 kills on the week in eight sets for an average of 5.75 kills per set.
- Notched a .488 attack percentage and limited her attacking errors to five.
- Dwight is now ranked second all-time in kills in DWU history.
- Helped her team to a 2-0 week with wins over Briar Cliff (Iowa) and Dordt (Iowa).
NAIA Women's Volleyball Defender of the Week
Abbey Ringler, Midland (Neb.) - JR - Middle Blocker
- Recorded 20 total blocks on the week with two solo blocks and 18 assisted blocks.
- Averaged 2.86 blocks per set after seven sets.
- Posted a double-double vs No. 8 College of Saint Mary (Neb.) with 14 total blocks and 14 kills.
- Helped her team to a 2-0 week with wins over College of Saint Mary and Doane (Neb.).
NAIA Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week
Reece Shirley, IU East (Ind.) - SR - Setter
- Recorded 130 assists on the week.
- Posted 14.44 assists per set in nine sets.
- Notched a double-double vs Ohio Christian with 43 assists and 14 digs.
- Helped her team to a 3-0 week with wins over Ohio Christian, WVU Tech (W.Va.) and Point Park (Pa.).
