2023-24 NAIA Women's Swimmer/Diver of the Month - No. 2 (December 15)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kylee Sears from The Master's (Calif.) has been named the NAIA Women's Swimmer of the Month. Swimmers/Divers are evaluated on their performance during the month before the announcement. Each swimmer/diver is selected out of a pool of nominees from around the country.
Swimmers of the Month are announced monthly throughout the regular season on Fridays on naia.org, Instagram, and Twitter.

Kylee Sears, The Master's (Calif.) - SO
- In November, she held the fastest time in the 200 free (1:51.22) and the 500 free (5:00.8), setting both at the La Verne Winter Invitational.
- During that same time frame, she beat nearly everyone she faced no matter the association, NCAA or NAIA.
- Anchored the 400-yard free relay to bring home the crown and a new program record of 3:33.47.
