Number of Years in the Sports Information Field: 25 years

Tell us a little bit about yourself: I have been in the Sports Information Field since the early 1990’s when I was a student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I have been at Bellevue University for over 10 years now after leaving UNO in early 2009.

I am also the assistant volleyball coach at BU and I teach classes in Health & Human Performance and Sports Management.

I have six adopted children, ranging in age from 7 to 20.

I commute one hour each way to work each day.

I love being active, exercising, reading, and watching my children work hard and pursue their passions.

I work at volleyball camps each summer at local colleges and also referee volleyball in my spare time.

I continually strive to keep learning each and every day at whatever I am doing.
