The RISE Committee oversees the NAIA's efforts to create a welcoming and supportive environment for diverse and underrepresented student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and staff.

As a committee, we continually strive to create a culture where everyone, regardless of age, color, disability, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, or veteran status, has opportunities to participate, excel, and advance.

By doing so, we firmly believe we can create an association rooted in athletic, academic, and career excellence for all.
