KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NAIA is pleased to announce the 2023 NAIA Outdoor Track and Field multi-event qualifiers for the 2023 championship in Marion, Ind.

The current heptathlon record holder is Kim Vanderhoek of Simon Fraser (B.C.) in 2012 with a score of 5,626.

The 2022 winner was Valerie Schmidt of Corban (Ore.) with a score of 5,158.

The NAIA Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Championship hosted by Indiana Wesleyan will take place at the Wildcat Stadium on the campus of Indiana Wesleyan in Marion, Ind. May 24-26.

The final qualifiers for the event will be announced on Friday, May 20 at 10:00 a.m. central time on naia.org.
