Game Notes & Highlights
- Four teams will be making their quarterfinal debut.
- Keiser (Fla.) has advanced to the quarterfinals for the sixth-straight year. The No. 1 Seahawks eliminated Mobile (Ala.), 4-1.
- No. 9 William Carey (Miss.) pulled off an upset with a 4-0 win over No. 8 SCAD Savannah (Ga.). The Crusaders are back in the quarterfinals for the first time since 2019.
- In one of the best matches of the day, No. 8 Ave Maria (Fla.) held off No. 12 Lindsey Wilson (Ky.)
- No. 13 Tennessee Wesleyan upset No. 4 LSU Alexandria (La.), 4-3. The Bulldogs have now won two matches in the same NAIA National Championship for the first time in program history.
- For the fifth-straight year No. 3 Xavier (La.) has advanced to the quarterfinal round after taking care of Westcliff (Calif.), 4-0.
- Southeastern (Fla.) made history, winning the second-round match for the first time in their history. The No. 6 Fire defeated Cumberlands (Ky.), 4-1.
- St. Thomas has won two matches in the same tournament for the first time in program history. The No. 10 Bobcats upset No. 7 Middle Georgia State, 4-2.
- The NAIA defending champions, Georgia Gwinnet, won their second round match by a score of 4-0 over No. 15 Loyola.
