Benedictine (Kan.) Tops the Nation in the 2025 NAIA Women's Lacrosse Coaches' Top 10 Postseason Poll
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After completing the season with a perfect 21-0 record and claiming the Red Banner, Benedictine (Kan.) heads into the off-season as the top team in the NAIA Women's Lacrosse Coaches' Top 10 Postseason Poll. Runner-up Cumberlands (Ky.) now sits a No. 2 in the nation, while Keiser (Fla.), SCAD Savannah (Ga.) and Reinhardt (Ga.) round out the top five.
Poll Methodology:
- The poll is for publicity purposes only and has no weight or bearing in the selection process for national championship field consideration.
- A panel of head coaches representing each conference and Continental Athletic Conference (Independents) voted on the poll.
- The Top 10 is determined by a points system based on how each voter votes the best teams. A team receives 15 points for each first-place vote, 14 for second-place, 13 for third-place and so on through the list.
- The highest and lowest ranking for each team (a non-rating is considered a low rating) is removed.
- Teams that receive only one point in the ballot are not considered “receiving votes”.
