2024 NAIA Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week - No. 3 (March 5)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Clarke Haas of SCAD Savannah (Ga.) has been named the NAIA Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, and Amelia Shaw of Missouri Baptist has been named the NAIA Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week. The duo was selected based on their performances from February 26 - March 3 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unafilliated group nominees. 

Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram, and Twitter.

NAIA Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week

Clarke Haas, SCAD Savannah (Ga.) - SO - Midfielder

  • Reached her 200th career point in the 17-8 victory over the University of Charleston (W.Va.).
  • Tallied 19 total points between three games.
  • Pickedd up 13 draw controls and caused three turnovers.

NAIA Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week

Amelia Shaw, Missouri Baptist - SR - Goalkeeper

  • Helped Missouri Baptist secure a ranked win over No. 8 Marian (Ind.) and RV Indiana Tech.
  • Tallied a total of 17 saves over two full games between the sticks.
  • Posted a 52.8 save percentage.
