2025 NAIA Women's Basketball Players of the Week - No. 11 (February 25)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Zareia Chevre of Governors State (Ill.) has been named the NAIA Women’s Basketball Offensive Player of the Week, while Abbey McNally of Marian (Ind.) has been named the NAIA Women's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week. The duo was selected based on their performances from February 17-23 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.
Players of the Week are announced on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram, and X throughout the regular season.

NAIA Women's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week
Zareia Chevre, Governors State (Ill.) – SR – Forward
- Averaged 30.5 points per game while shooting 82.1 percent from the field
- Scored 40 points in a victory over Indiana Northwest
- Was 16-of-18 while shooting 4-of-5 from beyond the arc in the win over Indiana Northwest
- Aided Governors State to wins over Indiana Northwest and Holy Cross (Ind.)
NAIA Women's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week
Abbey McNally, Marian (Ind.) – JR – Center/Forward
- Had 20 defensive rebounds and five steals in a pair of wins last week
- Added two blocks during the week
- Had 15 defensive boards, three steals, and two blocks in a win over Mount Vernon Nazarene (Ohio)
- Led Marian to victories over Mount Vernon Nazarene (Ohio) and Indiana Wesleyan
