MOBILE, Ala. – [Bracket | Schedule/Results] The 72^nd annual NAIA Men’s Tennis National Championship is scheduled to open play on Tuesday, May 14 at the Mobile Tennis Center in Mobile, Ala., with the first round getting started at 9:00 a.m. CT.

The first round will consist of eight team matches, the winners of each will advance to face the top eight seeds, all of which received a bye to the second round. Eight teams will advance each day with the championship set to commence at 9:00 a.m. CT on Saturday, May 18.

• Georgia Gwinnett is in pursuit of its 10^th-consecutive NAIA Men’s Tennis Red Banner
• Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) has the most tournament appearances in the field with 21
• Georgia Gwinnett boasts the best record of the teams in championship play with a perfect 14-0 record
• 19 of the 24 teams in the field are returning from 2023
• Morningside (Iowa), Dillard (La.) and Ottawa (Kan.) are all making their first appearance in the championship field
• Georgia Gwinnett has the best championship record, a perfect 36-0
• This is the 20^th consecutive year for the championship to be hosted by the Mobile Tennis Center
• The field consists of 15 automatic berths (including one host berth to Mobile (Ala.)), and nine at-large selections
• Georgia Gwinnett currently sits two titles shy of the all-time record (11) by former member Redlands (Calif.)
• The Ward-Ballinger Outstanding Player Award has been given to a player from Georgia Gwinnett for the last eight-consecutive years
• Alex Gurmendi of GGC has won the award the last two years and will have an opportunity for a three-peat in 2024
