2023 NAIA Men's Soccer Players of the Week - No. 8 (October 17)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Santiago Corral of Milligan (Tenn.) has been named the NAIA Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Madior Mbaye of Ohio Christian has been named the NAIA Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week. The duo was selected based on their performances from October 9-15 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.
Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular-season on Tuesday's on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

NAIA Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
Santiago Corral, Milligan (Tenn.) - GR - Forward
- Netted a hat trick with an assist on only three total shots in the Buffs win over Kentucky Christian.
- Tallied a second straight hat trick three days later in a 7-2 win at Montreat (N.C.).
- Ranks second in the Appalachian in goals (12) and third in points (27).
NAIA Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
Madior Mbaye, Ohio Christian - JR - Goalkeeper
- Led the Trailblazers to a two-game unbeaten streak, both with clean sheets.
- Recorded 13 saves against Point Park (Pa.) who sat at second in the River States Conference.
- Added 10 more saves against St. Mary-of-the-Woods (Ind.).
