2023 NAIA Men's Soccer Players of the Week - No. 7 (October 10)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Aldair Chavez of Keiser (Fla.) has been named the NAIA Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Pablo Costa of Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) has been named the NAIA Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week. The duo was selected based on their performances from October 2-8 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.
Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular-season on Tuesday's on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

NAIA Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week
Aldair Chavez, Keiser (Fla.) - JR - Forward
- Tallied five goals and two assists for 12 points as the Seahawks went 2-0-0 in conference action this past week.
- Scored first hat trick of his Keiser career, scoring three goals and registering one assist in a 6-0 win over Warner (Fla.).
- On the year, Chavez is tied for the league lead in goals scored (7) and is the conference leader in points (17).
NAIA Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
Pablo Costa, Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) - SR - Goalkeeper
- Recorded his fifth clean sheet of the season on Wednesday.
- Helped No. 5 Blue Raiders defeat No. 12 Bethel (Tenn.) in a highly-contended conference battle.
- Saved six shots in the shutout.
