2024 NAIA Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week - No. 6 (April 2)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Breck Putzier of William Penn (Iowa) has been named the NAIA Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, and Bryce Peltier of Columbia (Mo.) has been named the NAIA Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week. The duo was selected based on their performances from March 25-31 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees. 

Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram, and Twitter.

NAIA Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week

Breck Putzier, William Penn (Iowa) - JR - Attacker

  • Putzier had a stellar last week, breaking his own school record in points after he recorded 15 against Mount Vernon Nazarene (Ohio).
  • Tallied 10 goals, and seven assists with three ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers.
  • Sighted 13-of-21 shots on frame in the 33-4 victory for a 61.9 shot on goal percentage.

NAIA Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week

Bryce Peltier, Columbia (Mo.) - JR - Goalkeeper

  • Earned the start last week, Peltier played 60-minutes between the sticks for Columbia.
  • Allowed only six goals.
  • Notched 28 saves for a 82.4 save percentage.
