Offensive Player of the Week: Christian Vanover, Cumberlands (Ky.)

Against (RV) TN Wesleyan, Vanover had a career day with 7 goals and 10 points. His 7 goals ties the program record for most goals in program history, while his 10 points are a UC postseason record and the second most in program history. Vanover also notched his 200th career point in the victory, while his seven goals came on just 8 shots. Vanny was instrumental in the Patriots win. |

The (RV) Ottawa University men's lacrosse team opened their season last week with a 21-7 win over Missouri Valley. Vincent DeMarco led the team with seven goals and four assists for a team high 11 points. DeMarco also was a menace when Missouri Valley attempted to clear the ball, causing four turnovers in the Braves' offensive third and snagging two ground balls. |
