We are here to partner with you and your school in the publicity efforts. The NAIA will track all of the first and second-round results on NAIA.org. Please note that if you have a Presto site, the schedule will show what we have posted on our website.

- PrestoStats – The host institution is responsible for setting up the first- and second-round matches in Presto. Please include live stream and ticket links in the Presto event that you set up. PrestoStats Login CLICK HERE.
- Postseason Roster – Make sure you or your head coach fills out the official postseason roster in NAIA Connect. This is required by the NAIA.
- As conference tournaments are a part of the official NAIA postseason, postseason rosters should be submitted prior to the first game of conference tournaments.

Changes to the postseason roster MAY NOT be made once the CONFERENCE TOURNAMENT has begun, but CAN be made BETWEEN the conference tournament and national championship first. Changes MAY NOT be made once the FIRST ROUND begins, but CAN be made AFTER the second round PRIOR TO the final site. If changes are made, PLEASE inform NAIA Manager of Athletics Communications Brandt McCall (bmccall@naia.org) and NAIA Senior Championship Manager Rick Daum (rdaum@naia.org) to ensure the correct roster is listed for the championship program.

Final site rosters are due at the final site coaches' registration, BUT rosters will be pulled for use in the official championship program prior to March 18. The individual completing the postseason roster will sign electronically.

- Broadcast Rights – All broadcasts have a rights fee. For the First & Second rounds only, all fees should be made payable to the host institution and given to the on-site Media Coordinator. For a complete listing of the NAIA’s broadcast rights fees, CLICK HERE.

- Photography - The First & Second Round host is responsible for providing photography (2-3 action shots each day and a photo of the championship team with trophy/bracket board) to Brandt McCall at the NAIA (bmccall@naia.org). All photos should be high-resolution.
- Media Credentials - Media credentials for First & Second Round events should be acquired directly from the host media coordinator.

- Final Site Official Title (First Reference) – Please refer to the national championship final site in Kansas City, Mo., as the 2026 NAIA Men's Basketball National Championship. The championship may also be referenced as the 2026 NAIA Men's Basketball National Tournament.

- Final Site SID Meeting via Zoom - Monday, March 16, 11 a.m. CT (Zoom link)
- There will also be an opportunity for all SIDs who travel to the final site to walk through Municipal ahead of the game. More information will follow on this during the SID Zoom meeting.
- Broadcast Rights – The NAIA owns the rights to all championship streaming. No additional live streams outside of the official stream produced by the host/NAIA will be allowed.
- No rights fee will need to be paid for radio broadcasts during the championship.
- Social Media – Please use the hashtags “#NAIAMBB” & "#BattleForTheRedBanner" for all X/Facebook/Instagram content around the event and tag the NAIA

- Media Credential Applications - Applications will close 72 hours before the event starts. It is acceptable to apply for a credential and not need one if you are not sure whether you will attend the event that far in advance. Credentials can be picked up at the NAIA Info Booth, just inside the doors of Municipal Auditorium. Media credentials will NOT be included in the team packets at the coaches' pick-up.
