The Room: Speaker Series
Step Into The Room The Student-Athlete Leadership Series
Leadership series for student-athletes, whether it’s the classroom, locker room, or board room, NAIA student-athletes can be a leader in any room they’re in. The leadership skills learned on the field can translate to any team, relationship, or community, and take student-athletes leadership from the team to life after sports. The Room will use a series of conversations with NAIA leaders and partners (moderated by Dr. Katie Ervin) to help student-athletes develop their own leadership paths.
Facilitator Guide
The guide is meant to assist in the facilitation of a year-long student-athlete development program. Facilitators can adjust the schedule and curriculum to meet your group's unique needs.
