KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NAIA National Office has announced that Hannah Fredericks of The Master's (Calif.) has been named the NAIA Women’s Cross Country National Runner of the Week. Fredericks was selected based on her performance(s) from September 18-24 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/group nominees.

Runners of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Wednesdays on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

• Second National Runner of the Week honor of 2023
• Finished first in the TMU XC Invitational with a time of 20:40 in the 6K race
• Won by nearly 20 seconds and shaved close to 10 seconds off her PR in the 6K
