2025 NAIA Women's Outdoor Track Athletes of the Week - No. 1 (March 12)
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Irmiris Mendez of Southeastern (Fla.) has been named the NAIA Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week, while Myesha Hall of Truett McConnell (Ga.) has been named the NAIA Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week. The duo was selected based on their performances from March 3-9 and were chosen from a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.
Athletes of the Week are announced on Wednesday on naia.org, Instagram, and X throughout the regular season.

NAIA Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week
Irmiris Mendez, Southeastern (Fla.) - SR
- Participated in the Tampa Track Classic
- Won two events during the meet
- Won the 100-meter dash in a time of 11.96
- Won the 200-meter dash in a time of 24.71
NAIA Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week
Myesha Hall, Truett McConnell (Ga.) - SR
- Participated in the Victor Ice Breaker Duals
- Won the Long Jump with a leap of 6.09m
- The jump was an NAIA “A” Standard mark in the first meet of the season
