STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – [BRACKET | SCHEDULE | LIVE STREAM] - The 2023 NAIA Women's Bowling National Championship at 5 Star Lanes saw Baker Play action take place Thursday to solidify the order for bracket play. The 12 participating teams tossed a total of 24 rounds on Thursday to determine their placing.

• Indiana Tech placed their four middle sets between 812 and 843 to take the number one seed
• St. Francis (Ill.) recorded the highest score of the day at 883 in set three
• SCAD Savannah (Ga.) shot out of the gates to a strong 860 round one score before finishing in third place
• Baker (Kan.) grabbed the remaining first round bye, putting three of their rounds in the 800 point range
• Tennessee Southern grabbed the final spot in the top half of the bracket with a championship leading 818 in set six

Day two, featuring the start of bracket play, begins at 8:30 am ET/7:30 am CT on Friday.
