KANSAS CITY, MO. - Kynedi Cheeseman of Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.) has been named the NAIA National Women's Basketball Div II Player of the Week, the National office announced Tuesday.

  • Cheeseman had a stand out week for the Tigers. She averaged 30.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and two assists per game.
    • Currently leads country with 25.7 points per game.
    • 7-of-7 from the free throw line on the week
    • Went 8-of-13 from three point range
