KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Stephen Pacheco of The Master’s (Calif.) has been named the NAIA National Runner of the Week the national office announced Wednesday. Pacheco was selected based on his performances from Sept. 9-15 and was chosen out of a pool of conference and Association of Independent Institution winners.

• Finished 32nd of 203 runners in the 8k race with a time of 25:00
• Pacheco was the second NAIA individual finisher in the race
