KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Eduardo Ayala of Lourdes (Ohio) has been named the NAIA Men’s Volleyball Attacker of the Week, Landon Krause of William Penn (Iowa) has been named the NAIA Men’s Volleyball Defender of the Week and Patrick Paragas of The Master's (Calif.) has been named the NAIA Men's Volleyball Setter of the Week. The trio was selected based on their performances from February 26 - March 3 and were chosen out of a pool of conference nominees.

Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

NAIA Men's Volleyball Attacker of the Week 

Eduardo Ayala, Lourdes (Ohio) - SR - Outside Hitter

• Totaled 60 kills on the week in 11 sets for an average of 5.45 kills per set
• Posted an attack percentage of 0.516
• Set a new school record of 33 kills in a match
• Added four assists, two aces, 14 digs, and two blocks

NAIA Men's Volleyball Defender of the Week

Landon Krause, William Penn (Iowa) - SR - Right Side Hitter

• Posted 41 digs on the week 
• Averaged 2.93 digs per set in 14 sets
• Recorded 10 or more digs in three-of-four matches last week 
• Added 20 assisted blocks on the week and averaged 1.43 blocks per set

NAIA Men's Volleyball Setter of the Week 

Patrick Paragas, The Master's (Calif.) - SR - Setter

• Totaled 93 assists on the week 
• Averaged 13.29 assists per set in seven sets
• Set a week-high 55 assists against Menlo (Calif.)
• Added four kills, two aces, 15 digs and two blocks
