MARION, Ind. - [RESULTS] The final day of the 2023 NAIA Men's Outdoor Track and Field Championship saw Life (Ga.) crowned the champion. The Running Eagles are taking home the red banner.
- Caleb Pouliot of The Master's (Calif.) beat the defending pole vault champion by 0.10m for a mark of 5.10m.
- Seth Alexander of Xavier (La.) won his first triple jump title with a mark of 15.39m. This title is the first time any Xavier student-athlete has won an individual title.
- Dylan Kucera of Midland (Neb.) defended his shot put title with a mark of 19.41m. This mark is the closest to the current record for the shot put at 20.06m.
- Peter Shippy of Dordt (Iowa) won his first 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 9:04.68 after running it at the championship for the first time in 2022.
- Indiana Tech won the 4x100m relay with a time of 40.17 and beat out the defending champions Life (Ga.), by a margin of 0.13 seconds.
- Jason Bowers of Cumberland (Tenn.) won his first 1,500m title with a time of 3:47.25.
- Tajean Houston of Texas Wesleyan won the title in the 110m hurdles with a time of 13.87.
- Saminu Abdul-Rasheed of Florida Memorial beat the defending champion to win the 100m title with a time of 10.23 seconds.
- Keishon Franklin of Southeastern won his first 400m title with a time of 46.57 seconds.
- Will Reemtsma of St. Ambrose (Iowa) defended his 2022 title in the 400m hurdles with a 50.84-second win.
- Senzo Sokhela became a three-time national champion in the 800m with a time of 1:48.78.
- Phemelo Matlhabe of Life (Ga.) defended his 2022 title in the 200m with a time of 20.51 seconds.
- Emad Bashir-Mohammed of Saint Mary (Kan.) won his first 5,000m title with a time of 14:33.76.
- Indiana Tech won the 4x400m relay with 3:07.94 time.
- Life (Ga.) surpassed British Columbia on the final day of the meet to win the men's red banner with a total of 55 points. This is the sixth title that the Running Eagles have won.
- British Columbia followed with a total of 41 points.
