2022-23 Daktronics NAIA Competitive Dance Scholar-Athletes Released

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has released the 2022-23 Daktronics NAIA Competitive Dance Scholar-Athletes with a nearly 200 student-athletes recognized from 48 institutions.

St. Ambrose (Iowa) led all institutions with 12 representatives followed closed by Grand View (Iowa) with 11. Benedictine (Kan.), Concordia (Neb.), Doane (Neb.), Dordt (Iowa), Mount Mercy (Iowa) and Vanguard (Calif.) are all tied for third with eight scholar-athletes each.  

In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
