GREENEVILLE, Tenn. – [SCHEDULE & RESULTS | BRACKET] Pool play at the NAIA Women’s Beach Volleyball Invitational finished with four matches on Friday morning, which determined the placement for the quarterfinals on Friday afternoon.  

Pool A

No. 4 Arizona Christian def. No. 1 Corban (Ore.), 4-1

No. 5 Webber International (Fla.) def. No. 8 Ave Maria (Fla.), 3-2

• Megan Dennis and Emma Bischoff, at the one’s position for Corban, were the only Warriors to go undefeated in pool play and have only dropped one set. The pair moves to 20-5 on the season.
• Arizona Christian went undefeated in Pool A.
• The two’s (Haley Brown and Riley Brown), four’s (Sydney Shaw and Brianna Boeckman) and five’s (Amaya Brown and Emily Katzer) pairs are undefeated for Arizona Christian.
• Brown and Katzer hold the best overall pairs record for ACU now at 18-9.

Pool B

No. 2 OUAZ (Ariz.) def. No. 3 Park (Mo.), 5-0

No. 7 Vanguard (Calif.) def. No. 6 Saint Katherine (Calif.), 3-2

• OUAZ went undefeated in Pool B and captured the first 5-0 result for the pool.
• The one’s (Summer Hanks, Diana Enriquez) and two’s (Mattea Wilson, Olivia Andersh) pairs for OUAZ went undefeated through pool play, not only in matches but in sets as well.
• The three’s pair for Vanguard (Calif.) of Paige Cutwright and Gianna Pecile remained undefeated in both matches and sets through all of pool play.

The quarterfinals will begin at approximately 3:10 p.m. ET Friday afternoon, featuring Vanguard vs Webber International and Arizona Christian vs Saint Katherine. The remaining two quarterfinals will begin 30 minutes after the quarterfinal in front of them finishes.
