KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has opened the bid process to host the 2023 NAIA Winter Celebration of Champions. This bid will include hosting both the 2023 NAIA Indoor Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Championship in addition to the 2023 NAIA Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving championships.

The indoor track and field championship is a three day event that culminates in the crowning of both the men’s and women’s champions for the year. The event consists of approximately 100 men’s and 100 women’s teams for a total of over 1,100 participants. Approximately 3,000 fans attend this event annually.

Beyond the economic impact to the community, the NAIA gives its hosts significant opportunities to realize a return on the investment. The NAIA model transfers all revenue rights (ticket sales, sponsorship, rebates, etc.) to the winning bidder.
