The NAIA Governance and Leadership Academy (GLA) provides training on NAIA governance and strategic initiatives to minority and female athletics administrators. The GLA introduces participants to NAIA committee work and service while enhancing their leadership acumen.
Save the date for the Third Annual Event (April 4th, 2024, at Park University - Missouri).
The Academy will be capped at 50 participants with each Conference able to send two participants. Any person that is in a working capacity (i.e., administrator, staff, coach taking on administrator duties, graduate assistant in a working capacity, etc.) within the athletics department, regardless of title, and is a minority or female can be nominated by their institution and selected by their conference to attend (no undergraduate students).
