KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The top seven teams in the nation remained in the same order as last week in the fifth regular-season edition of the Top 25. William Carey (Miss.) gained one first-place vote on top-ranked Keiser (Fla.) while three newcomers found their way into the rankings.

Top 25 Highlights (historical information dates back to 1999)

• Keiser snagged two more wins over the course of the week and ran its win streak to eight matches. Over the course of the eight wins in a row, the Seahawks surrendered just two goals.
• Matilda Ovenberger, the 2018 NAIA Championship Outstanding Offensive Player, leads the team in goals with 12. Five of those tallies were recorded in the team’s 12-1 win over Ave Maria (Fla.), a career-high.
• William Carey continued to lurk in the No. 2 spot looking to jump back into the driver’s seat. The Crusaders picked-up a pivotal 3-2 win in overtime over Martin Methodist (Tenn.) on Saturday as leading scorer Ana Paula Santos netted the game winner in the 104^th minute.
• Northwestern Ohio picked-up its fourth and fifth wins in a row last week with a pair of big results. A 3-1 win over a talented Aquinas (Mich.) squad was the highlight as the Racers held-on to a 2-0 lead at the half.
• Southeastern (Fla.) remained No. 4 after its lone result of the week, a 6-1 victory over Johnson & Wales (Fla.).
• Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) rounded-out the top five with a pair of 1-0 wins over both Georgetown (Ky.) and Thomas More (Ky.).
• Grace (Ind.) made the most positive movement this week with a four-spot jump to No. 16. The Lancers have won eight in a row, but will have a tough test with RV Indiana Wesleyan on the docket on Wednesday evening.
• Indiana Wesleyan, Campbellsville and Bethel (Tenn.) all made their first appearance in the Top 25 this season at Nos. 23-25 respectively.
• Spring Arbor continues to hold the longest active Top 25 Poll streak, moving to 102 consecutive appearances in the poll. Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) holds the national record since 1999 with 203 consecutive appearances, which was stopped on Oct. 24, 2017. Keiser (Fla.) is right behind Spring Arbor, extending its streak to 100 weeks.
• Lindsey Wilson own the most No. 1 rankings since 1999 with 58, followed by former member Azusa Pacific (Calif.) with 32. Spring Arbor is in third with 23 followed closely by Westmont (Calif.) and former member Concordia (Ore.) with 19 apiece.

Poll Methodology

• The poll was voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences, Association of Independent Institutions and Unaffiliated Groups.
• The Top 25 is determined by a points system based on how each voter ranks the best teams. A team receives 30 points for each first-place vote, 29 for second-place and so on through the list.
• The highest and lowest ranking for each team (a non-rating is considered a low ratings) is removed and the team’s ranking will be recalculated with an additional point added to each team for every ballot (including discounted ballots) that the teams appears on.
• Teams that receive only one point in the ballot are not considered “receiving votes.”
