Logistics to Discuss

·         This is a new Championship that we are streaming live. It is a free subscription for the viewer, with the thought that starting in 2014, there will be a pay-per view subscription.

·         The upload speed is confirmed to be at a minimum of 2 MB. It is possible to expand the bandwidth throughout.

·          A test of all equipment will happen between 2 – 5 p.m. CT on Monday, Feb. 25. Tim will be the point person and call NeuLion support team at (877) 967-3375 (press 1 for helpdesk during business or after hours support).

·         OCCC will utilize a direct feed from the Public Address (P.A.) audio system into production equipment. There will be no separate streaming talent. NAIA will work closely on the script and what the P.A. is allowed to read.

·         Tim Whisenhunt will be the contact person on-site at Oklahoma City for any technical issues. His cell number is 405-234-7652 (cell). Casady is the secondary contact. His cell is 405-380-4442.

·         Tim will be available and working on-site throughout the event. He will be the trouble-shooting person.

·         NeuLion is providing a return FedEx label for hosts to send back streaming kit.

·         NAIA office will email Video-Streaming web banners and information for hosts to place on website and market the event. Chad will email this material to hosts and all SIDs in the NAIA by Feb. 8. Also by that date, a press release will be posted on NAIA.org website and distributed to all NAIA schools and media making this information announcement.
