If you participate in interactive activities (event and league registration, membership programs, information requests) on the Site, you may be asked to register for a login and password and/or to provide information on registration forms. Unique identifiers, such as logins and passwords, are collected to verify your identity and for use as account numbers in our records system. Financial information collected is used exclusively to bill you for the service or product that you specifically requested.

Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Generally, cookies work by assigning to your computer a unique number that has no meaning outside of our Site. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. We may also use cookies to assist us in delivering content specific to your interests. Additionally, after you have entered your member ID and password during a session on our service, we save that information so you will not need to re-enter it repeatedly during that session. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you may be able to alter your browser to decline cookies. Not accepting cookies may make certain features of this Site unavailable to you.

Traffic Data Collected
We automatically track and collect information when you visit our Site, including your: (i) IP address; (ii) domain server; (iii) type of computer; and (iv) type of web browser (collectively "Traffic Data"). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site.

Uses of Information Collected
We use contact data to send you information about our products or services or to contact when necessary. We use your demographic data to customize and tailor your experience on the Site, displaying content that we think might interest you. We never sell personal and/or contact information.

User Choice Regarding Collection and Use of Personal Information
You may view all areas of the Site without providing any personal information. If you wish to use online registration features, you will be required to share personal information for that function.
We will maintain your information in a database for purposes of registration confirmation and communications.

Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information
Except as otherwise provided in this statement, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep your personal information private and will not share it with third parties (other than the hosting and application service provider of this Site), unless such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) enforce this statement.

Your personal information is stored to enforce this statement. Furthermore, your personal information is stored on servers that are generally not accessible by third parties. We may, however, share information with our event partners and affiliates.

The site contains secured and non-secured sections. The national association of intercollegiate athletics and its partners and sponsors cannot accept responsibility and expressly disclaim all liability for damage or injury that you may incur or that may result from your use of the site or the interception of information you provide, including without limitation, personal information, by a third party.

Use of the Site
The Site is owned and operated by the NAIA and no materials found on the Site or any other site owned, operated, or licensed by the NAIA may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way.
