Runner of the Week: Emma Wilson, Huntington (Ind.)

Wilson finished 25 seconds ahead of the rest of the field and broke the course record last week. The sophomore remains undefeated on the year so far.

Runner of the Week: Julia Rohm, Southeastern (Fla.)

Rohm competed at and won the Sand Shark Invite last week with a time of 18:09. The junior cleared her nearest competitor by 28 seconds and the nearest NAIA competitor, teammate Raeanna Pabon by almost 90 seconds.

Wilson set a new course record at the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede. The sophomore finished first of 217 runners, 1:15 ahead of the runner-up.

Richtman broke her school record with a final time of 18:28 in the Frontier Rumble. The senior held a 14-second distance from the closest conference competitor over the last 400m of the race.

  Ashley Walker competed in the UAH Chargers XC Open and broke the school record and set a new personal record with her 5k time of 17:26.
