NAIA Women’s Wrestler of the Week - No. 5

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Bridgette Duty of Cumberlands (Ky.) has been named the NAIA National Women's Wrestler of the Week the National office announced Wednesday. Duty was chosen over a pool of conference winners based on competition from Jan. 13 – 19.

136-pound Jr., Needville, Texas
- Duty went 7-0 on the weekend combining her performances from the York College Duals and York College Open
- She finished first at the open in the 136-weight class helped Cumberlands earn first place in team points as well
- Duty outscored her opponents 68-2 earning six of her wins by tech fall
- Her seven victories from the weekend have brought her up to 20 wins on the season
