2020-2021 NAIA Women’s Wrestling Coaches' Top 20 Poll – Postseason Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the first time in school history Campbellsville (Ky.) captured its first NAIA Women’s Wrestling Invitational title and earned the No.1 spot in the postseason poll. The top team finish at the Harold Newman Arena was boosted by ten top-four finishes from the Tigers.
