KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Skyler Van Note of Marian (Ind.) has been named the NAIA National Women’s Volleyball Attacker of the Week, Celina Monteiro of Park (Mo.) has been named the NAIA National Women’s Volleyball Defender of the Week and Olivia Gala of Bellevue (Neb.) has been named the NAIA National Volleyball Setter of the Week, the national office announced Tuesday. The trio was selected based on their performances from Sept. 30 – Oct. 6 and were chosen out of a pool of conference and Association of Independent Institution winners.

Attacker of the Week
Skyler Van Note, Marian
6-0, SO, MB, Munice, Ind.

• Van Note helped her team to a 3-1 upset of No. 3 Indiana Wesleyan as she collected her sixth double-double of the season (20 kills, 15 digs).
