California Baptist Takes Over at No. 1

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - There is a new No. 1 team in this week’s NAIA Softball Coaches' Top 25 Poll, announced this afternoon (March 24).  California Baptist has taken over the top spot after receiving 19 first-place votes and 620 total points.  The Lancers are now 30-2 on the year.

 

Coming in at No. 2 are the Stars of Oklahoma City who receive three first-place votes and collect 596 total points.  Point Loma Nazarene (Calif.) is ranked third with 590 total points.  Checking in at No. 4 is St. Gregory’s (Okla.) after receiving 545 total points.  Rounding out the Top 5 is Dickinson State (N.D.).  The Blue Hawks earn 542 total points.
