Bid for NAIA Men’s Volleyball Championship Now Available
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has opened the bid process to host both the 2022 and 2023 NAIA Men’s Volleyball Championship.
The men’s volleyball championship is a five day event that culminates in the crowning of last team standing as the national champion. The championship attracts 160 total participants within the official team party and approximately 1,500 fans on average.
Beyond the economic impact to the community, the NAIA gives its hosts significant opportunities to realize a return on the investment. The NAIA model transfers all revenue rights (ticket sales, sponsorship, rebates, etc.) to the winning bidder.
Below are some of the key benefits in hosting the NAIA Men’s Volleyball Championship.
• Hotel room block: 100
• Average length of stay: Five to six nights
• Total participants: 160
• Total fans: Approximately 1,500
