2025 NAIA Men's Swimming and Diving National Championship Recap - Day 3
Elkhart, Ind. – Keiser (Fla.) won six events and broke three NAIA meet records to take a commanding lead in the team standings after the third day of competition at the 2025 NAIA Men’s Swimming & Diving Championships at the Elkhart Aquatic Center. Overall, four meet records were set during tonight’s final.
- The Seahawks tallied 504 points, notching six wins and a pair of third-place finishes on the day. Isaiah Aleksenko broke a pair of NAIA meet records as he clocked a 46.01 to win the 100 butterfly, while touching the wall in 46.12 to win the 100 back. Noel de Geus went 51.73 to win the 100 breast, Jake Hutchinson won the 200 free with a time of 1:37.14, and Juan Gonzalez collected his second national title of the meet, scoring a 305.20 on one-meter board.
- In the final event of the night, the 400 medley relay, Nicklas Pedersen, de Geus, Aleksenkko, and Matheus Queiroz teamed up to break the meet record with a time of 3:10.52.
- SCAD Savannah (Ga.) is in second place with 252 points. The Bees notched a trio of top-three finishes on the day, led by Kevin Keil, who broke the meet record, clocking a winning time of 3:48.61 in the 400 IM.
- Milligan (Tenn.) is in third place with 240 points, while Cumberlands (Ky.) is in fourth place with 235.5 points after a runner-up finish in the 400 medley relay.
- St. Thomas (Fla.) rounds out the top five with 202 points.
The NAIA Championship will continue Saturday, March 8, with the final day of competition. Prelims are slated to begin at 9 a.m. EST, and finals will start at 5 p.m. EST.
