2025 NAIA Men's Lacrosse All-American Honors Announced, along with Coach and Player of the Year

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The NAIA announced the 2025 NAIA Men’s Lacrosse All-Americans and Coach and Player of the Year. 39 Men's Lacrosse student-athletes were recognized as All-Americans across three teams, highlighted by First-Team All-American and NAIA Men's Lacrosse Player of the Year, Devin Macomber of Indiana Tech, and the 2025 NAIA Men's Lacrosse Coach of the Year, Jeff Desko of Keiser (Fla.).

The Warriors' senior attacker, Devin Macomber, played in all but one game this season for Indiana Tech. Over the 17 games played, he racked up 65 goals and 104 points, good for first and second in the nation. Whether the Warriors were a man-up or man-down, Macomber still found the back of the net, putting away six man-up goals and a pair of man-down goals. He wasn't afraid to let it fly, taking a nation's fifth-best 166 shots with 104 of them being on frame.

After multiple National Invitational titles for the Seahawks, head coach Jeff Desko of Keiser (Fla.) was able to add a National Championship title to his resume, leading KU to the first red banner of the national championship era in the NAIA. Desko and company were a perfect 4-0 at home, and 7-0 at neutral sites this season, taking just one loss overall back in March. Ranking second in the nation in goals per game as a squad at 17.87, the Seahawks cruised through the regular season before securing the golden goal overtime victory in the national championship game.

The All-America Committee, comprised of men's lacrosse coaches from across the country, makes the All-America selections. The list comprises 13 members for the first, second, and third teams.
