2019 NAIA Football Players of the Week - Week Six

KANSAS CITY, MO. - Davonte Williams of Webber International (Fla.) has been named the NAIA National Football Offensive Player of the Week and Matt Swartz of Saint Francis (Ind.) has been named the NAIA National Football Defensive Player of the Week and Mike Iturbe of Saint Xavier (Ill.) has been named the NAIA National Football Special Teams Player of the Week, the national office announced Monday.

Defensive Player of the Week
Matt Swartz, Saint Francis (Ind.)

- Blocked a No. 4 Concordia field goal attempt with 7.9 seconds to play
- The block led to a scoop and scoring of the game-winning 65-yard touchdown
- Swartz had 18 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and 3 solo tackles
