A Pick-Six by Wyatt Ryan Earns Him NAIA Defensive Player of the Week Honors in Upset Win
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Wyatt Ryan of Hastings (Neb.) earns NAIA Football Defensive Player of the Week honors after several key plays, one of which was a five-yard pick-six to lift the Broncos over Northwestern (Iowa) on the road.
Ryan posted a pair of tackles for a loss in the tightly contested game on the road, but the interception returned for a touchdown sealed the deal for a one-point victory on the road.
After a bye week, Hastings returns to action at home against Concordia (Neb.) in their Domestic Violence Awareness game.
