2025 NAIA Baseball Players of the Week - No. 2 (March 4)

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Derick Andiarena of Cumberlands (Ky.) is the NAIA Baseball Player of the Week, and Noah Redmon of Indiana Tech is the NAIA Baseball Pitcher of the Week. The duo was selected based on their performances from February 24-March 2 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees. 

Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on NAIA.org, Instagram and Twitter.

NAIA Baseball Player of the Week

Derick Andiarena, Cumberlands (Ky.) - JR - Outfielder

  • Led Cumberlands to a 5-1 week.
  • Went 13-for-19 (.684) with three home runs, 15 RBI, and 13 runs scored. 
  • Walked 8 times, posted an on-base percentage of .778 and stole four bases.
  • Lined two doubles and recorded a slugging percentage 1.263. 

NAIA Baseball Pitcher of the Week

Noah Redmon, Indiana Tech - FR - Right-Handed Pitcher

  • Appeared in two games and allowed no hits and no runs in 9.0 innings pitched.  
  • Combined for a no-hitter in a 7-0 win over St. Ambrose (Iowa), tossing 6.0 of the 7 innings and striking out 12 and walking one.
  • Struck out 17 batters and walked two on the week.
