British Columbia stuck to the high-scoring theme and a big inning in the winner’s bracket, topping IU Southeast (Ind.) by run rule, 14-4. UBC led 5-3 going into the bottom of the fifth when the gates opened, scoring eight runs and adding another in the sixth to stay unbeaten in Hattiesburg.
Kingsport Bracket
Columbia (Mo.) got a big lift on the mound to start the day from Owen Clark, who went seven innings, scattering five hits with 11 strikeouts. The Cougars had a pair of late home runs, but only needed Dylan Carlton’s two-run single in the first to beat Cumberland (Tenn.), 5-1.
Tennessee Wesleyan also got its tournament underway in Kingsport, beating Indiana Tech 8-1. Blake Peyton recorded 15 strikeouts for the Bulldogs, allowing three Indiana Tech hits, and Tennessee Wesleyan had a pair of three-hit outings at the plate, from Josh Shelly and Kolton Reynolds.

Lakeland Bracket
Hampered by rain Monday, Lakeland only got one game in on day one, but on day two, Arizona Christian and Central Methodist (Mo.) delivered one to remember. ACU fell behind 6-3 after five innings, answering in the top of the sixth with four runs, as Kane Kiaunis belted a two-run homer, and Nathan Greened tacked on a two-run double. Abraham Baldwin (Ga.) escaped elimination in Tuesday’s last game in Lakeland, taking down Central Methodist, 12-2. ABAC scored four in the fourth and added five in the seventh, and it was enough for Trypp Lumpkin, who got 12 ground-ball outs and made his way around eight walks, recording a complete game on four hits to stay alive in the championship.
Lawrenceville Bracket
In Lawrenceville, just two games, as host Georgia Gwinnett met Talladega (Ala.), and the Grizzlies prevailed, 6-4. Braxton Meguiar collected GGC’s only multi-hit game, going 2-for-4, and Jon Ponder hit his eighth homer of the season to give the Grizzlies a 2-1 advantage during the fifth inning.
Talladega loaded the bases, trailing 6-3, in the ninth inning. GGC reliever Tyler E. Martin allowed a sacrifice fly and another fly out before securing his fourth save of the 2025 season by striking out Jahir Cruz looking to end the contest.
Saint Xavier (Ill.) eliminated Houston-Victoria (Texas), scoring 11 unanswered runs, beginning with a four-run fourth inning. Sean Moore led the charge by going 4-for-6 with four runs scored from the top of the order, and Aaron Orzech went 5-for-6 at the plate and drove in three runs.
Lewiston Bracket

WBU broke the 12-4 win open in the ninth, scoring five runs. Wayland Baptist later eliminated Oregon Tech, 7-6, as Polanco found himself among batters with multiple RBIs for the Pioneers to advance to Wednesday.
Lewis-Clark State found itself in unfamiliar territory at Harris Field, as Hope International (Calif.), the top seed in Lewiston, put LC in the elimination bracket with a 12-1 win in seven innings. The Royals spread out the scoring, recording runs in five of the seven innings, and Josh Landry proved difficult for the Warriors from the mound, striking out six, scattering three hits in a seven-inning complete game.

The Evangels hit six home runs in the game, two each for Taiga Sakuma and Noel McGarry-Doyle.
MACU later dispatched Ottawa (Kan.), trailing by a run going into the bottom of the ninth before a wild pitch scored the game-tying run, followed by a McGarry-Doyle walk-off single to keep the Evangels in the tournament.
In the middle game, LSU Shreveport (La.) kept the line moving to 53-0, scoring 10 runs between the second and third innings to secure a 15-4 win over Johnson (Tenn.). Upland Bracket
Brook Heinen provided a ninth inning walk-off single as Grand View (Iowa) eliminated Bellevue (Neb.) from the championship, using a pair of big innings in the middle of the game to build a lead. GVU scored four in the sixth, hitting two home runs in the inning, but Bellevue came back to tie the game in the seventh with three runs.
Kansas Wesleyan and Taylor (Ind.) got underway before weather moved in. The Coyotes and Trojans will resume their game Wednesday, in the first inning, at 11 a.m.
Waleska Bracket
In an elimination game and the longest game in the tournament, so far, Oakland City (Ind.) scored what looked like an insurance run in the top of the ninth, but Ave Maria (Fla.) plated two to send the game into extra innings. In the bottom of the 14th, Jesus Gonzalez hit a walk-off two-run home run that eliminated Oakland City, sending the Gyrenes to game No. 5 in Waleska.
Loyola (La.) kept winning in Waleska, beating host Reinhardt (Ga.), scoring twice in the bottom of the eighth to split a 5-all tie and win 7-6. Brandon Mooney’s quality postseason at the plate continued, going 3-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored.
Williamsburg Bracket
Missouri Baptist earned a different kind of walk-off win, as James Jett singled in a run in the bottom of the seventh to run-rule Northwestern Ohio, 12-2, in the second game of the Williamsburg bracket. Jett homered earlier in the game, in the second, and drove in a run in the fifth with a single, going 4-for-4 at the plate with six RBIs.
In elimination, MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.) and Northwestern Ohio needed extra innings to settle who would go home, as MNU plated three runs in the top of the ninth to take a 7-6 lead, answered by an Eric Brown run-scoring single for UNOH in the bottom half of the ninth to tie it.
In the ninth, MNU was down two with two out, and Kaden Owens homered to keep MNU in the game. Brentt Olmo had the heroics in extra innings, coming to the plate in the 10th with the bases loaded for the Pioneers and smacked a double down the left-field line, scoring three to put MNU on top 10-7. The Pioneers held on for a 10-9 win, despite a UNOH homer and sac fly in the bottom of the 10th.
