2025 NAIA Spring Sport Daktronics Scholar-Athletes

Kansas City, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) proudly announces the 2025 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes for spring sports. This honor recognizes student-athletes in each of the spring sports who have excelled academically, including baseball, men's and women's golf, men's and women's lacrosse, track and field, softball, men's and women's tennis, men's volleyball and women's beach volleyball. 
 

To qualify as a Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for their sport, and have attended their institution for at least one full year. This year, the list features an impressive number of student-athletes who have met these rigorous standards.

Baseball boasted the highest number of scholar-athletes, totaling 1,112. Women's track and field and softball followed with totals over 1,000, with 1,074 and 1,024, respectively.

Dordt (Iowa) had the highest number of scholar-athletes at 111. St. Ambrose, Cumberlands (Ky.), Indiana Wesleyan, Marian (Ind.), Cornerstone (Mich.) and Concordia (Neb.) followed with a total of scholar-athletes in the 90s with 97, 96, 95, 93 and 90 honorees, respectively. 

The Heart of America Athletic Conference led the pack at the conference level with 644 scholar-athletes. The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference followed with 628 scholar-athletes.
