NAIA Announces EFL Associates as Trusted Executive Search Service Provider

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced EFL Associates as its new Trusted Executive Search Service Provider. 

EFL Associates is a top two percent retainer-based recruitment firm. It is a nationally recognized company with a demonstrated record of accomplishment in attracting high-quality leadership to a variety of positions in higher education. Over the past decade, EFL has specialized in serving small to mid-sized colleges and universities. Through this partnership, a portion of EFL’s professional fee will be provided to the NAIA to further intercollegiate athletics. 

Steve Waldron, JD, Vice President & Managing Director of the Higher Education Search Practice will lead EFL Associates in providing executive search services to NAIA member schools.  Waldron’s nearly 35 years of leadership, organizational structure, and strategic planning experience in Higher Education, and the U.S. Marines, has given him a unique perspective on talent and assembling winning teams.
